How to Join as a Supplier
Getting Started as a Beffer Supplier
Welcome to Beffer. This guide explains how a supplier gets set up to receive quote enquiries and use the quote-desk workflow.
Step 1: Create or Access Your Account
Start from supplier signup or your invitation. Verify your contact details and sign in. If you were invited to an enquiry, keep using that invitation so you return to the same opportunity.
14-day no-card trial with up to 10 distinct enquiries. No automatic paid conversion.
Step 2: Set Up Your Workspace
Tell us your organisation, what you supply or do, and the areas you cover. If availability is unknown, say so; it must be confirmed before accepting work.
Your workspace saves these details. Add quotation templates, approved rates, tax, delivery and branding when you need them. Saved information from Piper can be reviewed and corrected rather than entered again.
Creating a workspace does not approve supplier eligibility or commercial rules. Review and approve each customer quotation before it is sent.
Step 3: Optional Managed-Payment Setup
Stripe Connect is not required for profile, fit or free-trial onboarding. If Beffer will handle or distribute funds under a separately approved managed-payment agreement, you may be asked to complete provider onboarding for:
- Business verification (KYC)
- Bank account details
- Tax information
Step 4: Setup and Follow-Up
Your workspace provides the next available action for your enquiry or setup. Payment is not required to start the no-card trial. You can:
- Review your saved business details
- Open your supplier dashboard
- Use the intake routes enabled for your account
What Happens Next?
Once approved, you can:
- View and respond to RFQs routed to your supplier account
- Submit detailed quotes with line items
- Track your performance and earnings
- Manage your profile and services
